Shipping When you place an order with us online we will contact you via e-mail with the shipping costs for your order before processing your payment. When we receive your reply accepting the shipping your order will be sent. Orders are shipped daily during the week but may take an extra day during the weekend and holidays. Fabric Measurements All fabrics are priced, cut and sold by the meter (40 inches). We will cut and sell by the quarter meter if you contact us with your needs. We do have a minimum cut of a quarter meter (10 inches). Returns ALL CUT FABRIC SALES ARE FINAL. Should you need to return an item (excluding cut goods), please e-mail Liz@lilaclanequilts.com by clicking on the "Contact Us" link down below on the left side to arrange for the return. Due to copyright law no returns on books or patterns.
Items must be packaged securely and be returned in unused condition. All returns must be preauthorized. Except in the case of our error, customer is responsible for paying the return postage and insurance (sorry, but we cannot be responsible for any returned goods lost in transit). Fabric Restrictions
